Doctor's villa from 1928 totally renewed while retaining all authentic charm and atmosphere.
This great mansion is located half an hour's drive south from Lake Balaton in Felsőmocsolád, a quiet, little village. The thermal bath of Igal is just 20 minutes’ drive.
The mansion still exudes the old chic.
If you look inside you will see the spacious bright rooms with high ceilings (2.90 mt) and the heavy still well intact are the old doors and also beautiful double doors.
The house has 4 large rooms, 2 bathrooms, a 3rd separate toilet with urinal and a handmade oakwood kitchen of over 30 m2 with a u-shape countertop of about 8 meters.

Everything has recently (2020) been completely renewed, including all electricity (3x32), gas pipes, water pipes, plumbing and taps.
The floors are insulated, throughout the house with underfloor heating on natural gas and special oak parquet.
The walls are all plastered and painted both inside and out and the ceilings are all insulated.
All woodwork has been restored (occasionally replaced in authentic style) and painted.
Almost all windows have 3 double glazing.
The heating costs are low and the underfloor heating is very comfortable and convenient to use. .In 2022 the year bill was for the gas 317.000 HUF, about 820 euro and for electricity 191.000 HUF, about 500 euro. We have the thermostat at 21,5C 24/7.
New air conditioners have been installed in 3 rooms.
The roof has been renewed with slats, foil and roof tiles.
The floor area is about 165 m2, there is also a spacious workshop and a huge attic with a ridge height of about 4 meters.
This lovely mansion is located in the middle of a plot of 4000 m2 (about 58x70) a bit above street level, where you look is green or its flowers and there are beautiful vistas.
The garden is fenced with a sturdy solid fence with 3 entrance gates.
In the garden there are old large trees and new plantings. Many fruits and flowers, but also special trees such as a ginkgo, judas trees, mulberry and walnut trees and hazelnuts.
The garden is beautiful and attracts many butterflies, bees, various birds, hedgehogs, lizards and the like.
Behind our house against the edge of the forest we have regularly seen deer, foxes, hares, squirrels from our porch.
There are several vegetable garden containers made and a nice chicken coop with a large run.
The whole is very free, the back is against a forest edge.
Several parking spaces have been created behind the house.
At the front of the house is a terrace where you can sit comfortably with a beautiful view, also at night we look at the many stars. Behind the house is a covered porch and just apart from the house a next covered porch where people live in all those months that it is wonderful to enjoy outside. There is another cellar behind the house and a great well of 16 meters, which gives good water and has never dried up while spraying heavily with it.
In the village itself there is a supermarket and many "shops" drive through the street.
There is still a beautifully restored castle in our village where many parties and celebrations are given.
You can walk here with or without dogs, no one comes across, the views are beautiful.
You experience the peace and space in the house, garden and the surroundings and if you want to get into more motion is easy to do.
The location is central, because of the new 4-lane 67 everything is very easily accessible.
