Supermarket, pharmacy, large cafeteria and terrace, cinemas, restaurants, shops, beautiful park around the corner, Ijsselmeer / lake, lake beach, nearby train station.
Easy paid parking. Trams and buses around the corner. 10 minutes from the central station by car and the center of Amsterdam, 20 minutes from the Rai congress center. Amsterdam's Muiderpoort station is a 10-minute walk away and from there, a stop 10 minutes from the central station. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and gas stove. Sun from 12 until sunset on the balcony.
You can put your own furniture and make it as you want.
